Wow! After a year and a half, Flashmech.net is coming back with a blast (in my own rights of course).
It wasn’t intentional when I stopped updating previously. As a freelancer, it was a ton of work managing the day to day business operation, administration, resource management, amongst other little things that just kept coming. Of course, procrastination (the usual devil) did play its part. I’m just glad that things are more or less stable now, and I’m back on track to share more good stuff with the community and my readers.
Over last month, I’ve committed to get this website up and running again. I’ve since changed my hosting provider, with whom will provide CDN service to ensure a quicker loading experience no matter where you (my dear reader) reside, upgraded to the latest WordPress version, added plugins and paid more attention to details where it matters to enhance the overall experience. I’ve also gotten my good friend and designer, Alan from Krome.sg to design a spanking new logo for my business. (see above)
All these are done as a commitment to bring about fresh insights, tutorials, screencasts, and ebooks for all in the near future. In addition, I will be promoting/reviewing whatever Mac apps, software bundles, and web services that I use or think will be of use for you.
Above all else, your input is most valuable, and will definitely be the driving force behind the future of Flashmech.net. Apart from being a personal blog on what I do, it will be a platform that gives a voice to one and all.
There are still some plans that I have in mind to make the website more bidirectional in terms of conversing with my readers. But as of today, I invite you to join me…
To the new Flashmech.net.
